Mr. Budd is a fixed income portfolio manager focusing on mortgage, asset back and agency sectors. He has more than thirty-one years of industry experience. Prior to joining Chicago Equity Partners, he held positions at Bear Stearns and at St. Paul Federal Bank. Mr. Budd earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Loyola University. He is a trustee on the investment board of Benedictine Sisters of the Sacred Heart.
